Shipping Rates

– Contact us with your postcode for shipping rates.
– Packing and handling time is generally 2 business days.
– You will receive your order 2-7 business days after order/payment is received depending on your location in Australia.
– All orders are sent with Australia Post.

 

 

Refund Policy

If there are any issues with our products refunds will be gladly made in accordance with the following policies:
We accept returns of unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund.
As with all food products once the packaging has been opened we cannot accept returns unless the product was received in a spoiled state and is unsuitable for consumption.
For return of products the cost of returning the product is at the expense of the purchaser.
Please contact us via email first with your reason for returning the product(s). We will then notify you by return email of the next course of action.
